Tripoli Special Economic Zone Board Visits Speaker of Parliament to Present Vision and Plans
Beirut, Lebanon — The Chairman of the Tripoli Special Economic Zone (TSEZ), Dr. Hassan Dannawi, accompanied by Board members Ms. Dima Hussein, Mr. Ibrahim Touma, Mr. Abdel Majid Al-Rafei, Mr. Michel Kebbe, and Mr. Youssef Mouawad, paid a courtesy visit to the Speaker of Parliament, H.E. Mr. Nabih Berri, following the start of the Board's mandate.
The meeting provided an opportunity to present the Zone's ongoing work and projects, as well as the available approaches to activate and strengthen its economic and developmental role. Discussions also covered the necessary steps to enhance cooperation with relevant public institutions and stakeholders.
The Board shared its vision and plans for the coming period, focusing on stimulating investment and creating job opportunities, with the objective of strengthening Tripoli's position as a promising economic and logistics hub at both the national and regional levels.
Speaker Berri welcomed the Board and expressed his full support for the Special Economic Zone, wishing the Board success in carrying out its responsibilities.
